When was Innovative Ink founded?
Innovative Ink was founded in 2004 by owner James Causby, and since this date our company has grown at a rapid pace. We are expanding at a steady rate and are welcoming more and more customers daily.

What programs do our graphic designers use?
Innovative Inks graphic designers use the most up to date programs in the industry today. We know Adobe Illustrator and other vector based graphics programs from top to bottom. For more information about our art department please click here

What presses do we use here @ Innovative Ink?
We use top of the line M&R printing presses and equipment.

What is your turnaround time?
Innovative Ink’s standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. In certain circumstances we can finish jobs much quicker depending on our current workload. If a job is running behind our customer service department will be sure to keep in contact with you about its progress.

How do I get my artwork to you?
You can transmit artwork to us in a number of ways:

  • complete our estimate request form and upload artwork from that page
  • email files that are 15MB or less
  • use a file transfer service like yousendit
  • contact our art department for FTP info. Name the file so that it can easily be identified as yours. For example: “companyName_designName.pdf”.

Do dark shirts cost more for us to print?
Yes, dark colored shirts require a white underbase which counts as an extra color on our pricing chart.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No. Currently Innovative Ink maintains all of our customers within the United States. Our rates for UPS ground are affordable, and we can also ship via your account upon request.

Can I mix the shirt types in my order (t-shirts, pants, hoodies, sweatshirts)?
Yes, as long as the design is the same and printed on the same location on each. We can accompany orders that don’t fit the previous description, but they will be charged extra screen fees and must meet our minimums that can be found on our pricing sheet.

Does your work come with any sort of guarantee?
Of course! We stand behind our promise to provide the best service possible to all of our customers no matter the size of the job. We take each and every possible precaution to avoid miscommunication, and keep errors at a minimum. In the rare occasion that we do make an error printing your job we will correct it and re-compensate you. We examine all errors we make and learn as much as possible from them. This keeps us progressive and moving forward in a very competitive industry. If we feel there was an error on your part we will let you know so that we can build a better bond for future orders to avoid the same mistake. In short, your order comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Do you offer pre-production samples?
Depending on the specific job we can provide you with a pre-production sample. Please use the contact form to contact us, and shoot us your artwork via our artwork upload form.
